Timber Pines offers two 18-hole, par 60, executive courses as well as a 9-hole, par 3, course.

The Lakes, 18-holes, measures 2,580 yards to 3,613 yards. Six holes circle its primary water hazards, and its signature hole 13 requires a tee shot to carry across a lake to a picturesque island green. Blue (Championship) tees have a course rating of 59.7 with a slope rating of 102. A considerable number of golfers consider the back tees to be the most difficult 18 holes on the property.

The Hills is the shorter 18-hole course, ranging from 2,451 yards to 3,466 yards, but don't let the distance fool you. The course has rolling hills and a rating of 58.6 with a slope rating of 95 from Blue (Championship) tees.

The Highlands is a 9-hole, par-3 course that is great for beginners or advanced players working on their short game. It measures 584 yards with tee shots ranging from 41 yards to 83 yards.
